Mass 2-1-1

Mass 2-1-1 is an information and referral service where trained specialists will discuss with your specific concerns, make an assessment based on the information you provide, and help connect you to appropriate resources in your community. The resources include parent support, family services, youth development programs, mentoring programs, mental health services, family counseling, crisis intervention, substance abuse services, support groups, education programs, educational support services, and much more. Any call made to 2-1-1 is ALWAYS confidential and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with multilingual services available.
