Pathways for Parents and ParentChild+ is administered by Ludlow Public Schools and is funded by the Coordinated Family Community Engagement Network Grant through the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care. 

 

 

Pathways for Parents is administered by the Ludlow Public Schools and is funded by the Coordinated Family Community Engagement Grant through the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care.  Through direct services and or referrals, we help guide parents, educate children, and support families with children from prenatal through age 8.

We serve the communities of Ludlow, East Longmeadow, Hampden, Longmeadow, Wilbraham, Southwick, Tolland Granville and Agawam.

Andrea Cummings- Agawam Group Facilitator-  Groups include: Preschool Pals, Grow Play and Learn, Terrific Two's, Me You and We and Ready4K

Brianne Byrne- Communication and Play Group Facilitator- Brianne is a Speech Language Pathologist currently working in Early Intervention and she will be offering her expertise in facilitating groups 2 x a month in East Longmeadow to connect with families on how to understand their child's learning, communication and play skills.
