Kelly Castor
PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Kelly Castor has been the Program Coordinator for both Pathways for Parents Coordinated Family and Community Engagement and Parent Child+ Grants since 2019. Prior to accepting her current position, she provided Early Intervention Services, receiving her CEIS for children birth to 3 years old, with Criterion Child Enrichment in South Hadley for 14 years.
Kelly Castor earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Educational Studies (Elementary Education with English Literature minor) from Elmira College in 2004. In addition she has obtained her certification as a CEIS (Certified Early Intervention Specialist) and was trained in 2019 as a Parent Child+ Coordinator.
Her educational philosophy focuses on making connections and supporting children and families with resources and developmental information. As such, she strives to make Pathways for Parents the first stop on a family's journey in the community. Her goal is for the program to be utilized as a HUB for community resources, and to promote successful early childhood transitions.
Kelly Castor is married with two children.
Jane Christian
ASST. PROGRAM COORDINATOR PARENT CHILD+
Jane Christian has been the Assistant Program Coordinator for Parent Child+ since 2019. Additionally, she has worked as an Educator for the Coordinated Family and Community Engagement Program (CFCE) since 2019.
Jane Christian graduated from the University of Hartford in 2006 earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a concentration in Elementary Education and was also trained in 2019 as a Parent Child+ Coordinator.
Jane Christian’s educational philosophy is to provide fun, engaging programs to enrich children's development, utilize STEAM curriculum to support students in grades K-2, and to embed literacy enrichment and social emotional skills in all areas of the curriculum.
