The Legal Compliance Officer is responsible for monitoring the overall implementation of state and federal civil rights requirements for the school district and ensuring compliance with requirements under Title IX, Section 504/ADA, and other related laws prohibiting discrimination or otherwise designed to assure equitable education and work environments. 


The Ludlow Public Schools, in accordance with its nondiscrimiation policies, does not discrinimate in its programs, facilities, or employment or educational opportunities on the basis of race, color, age, sex, gender identity, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, genetics, pregnancy, homelessness, or military status. The Ludlow Public Schools' policy of nondiscrimination extends to students, staff, the general public, and individuals with whom it does business. 

If someone has a complaint or feels that they have been discriminated against, they should register their complaint with the district's legal compliance officer.
