It gives Baird Middle School great pride to congratulate Caitlin Clemons. She has the esteemed honor of being this year's recipient of the Harold Grinspoon Pioneer Valley Excellence in Teaching Award. 
Ms. Clemons is a dedicated, hardworking teacher who consistently provides quality instruction that meets the diverse needs of her students. She is a consummate professional, and an important member of the school community that is always willing to go above and beyond.
