Good evening parents/guardian,

If you have not completed your student(s) Annual Student Information Update online in Aspen, please read the following message.
Ludlow Public Schools has NOT received confirmation that your student's information has been updated. If you do not know your login information please submit an email to lpsportal@ludlowps.org for assistance.  
Do you need directions or assistance? Tutorial instructions to complete this are on our website: Aspen Annual Student Update instructions.
This is important information needed by the school in order to contact you in an emergency, provide you with parent updates, facilitate student access to technology, and allow your student to be seen by the school health office. These updates are important to ensure timely messaging regarding student visits to the health office, transportation changes, building emergencies, etc. Please complete this by Friday, September 5, 2025.
Please do not try to use your cell phone to do this. Log into the website using a computer, laptop, ipad or chromebook. Only one parent needs to complete this for each student.
