Dear East Street and Harris Brook Families,

 Thank you for understanding our need to cancel parent/teacher conferences last Friday, March 6th.  Though the weather did not necessitate a delayed opening of school, the risk of that happening, and the subsequent consequences for our elementary student calendar, made the conference cancellation the right decision.  

Since parent/teacher conferences are an important component of our elementary program, it was our priority to reschedule them as soon as possible.  Therefore,  Friday, March 20th will be the make-up day for conferences lost on March 6th.  There will be the same half-day schedule for elementary students on the 20th,  leaving the afternoon for teachers and parents to meet.   More specific information will be forthcoming from your child’s school.
